Deathline- Round 2
Hi!
While i was exploring the free 3d software Blender i´ve found a very good 3d modeling resource named Sculptris. It´s very intuitive, practical and above all, for free.
Sculptris belongs to Pixologic, the creator of Zbrush, and since my wallet cannot afford it (at least) for now, i´ll glady continue to explore Sculptris, which allows pretty decent results even if with some limitations.
The process was the same as in the first round; pick a sketch, this time from my mini sketchbook and start working from there.
Sadly i could not replicate her hair as the software wouldn´t allow to use asymmetry without damaging the whole model.

Small update
Hi there! Here´s a couple of studies.
A photo study from the linework to a painting study.
I´m struggling to use more often the PS RGB colour palette for a more accurate, fluid and natural painting, based on the light and it´s interaction through out the composition.
By using that method a person can learn more about colour and light.
Here´s a double page sketch of a deleted level from a game i played as a young child, Sonic 2.
Then it´s application to a digital painting.

Deathline - Round 1
During a daily doodle session with my drawing fellow mr. Sergio we´ve decided to use 2 (or more) of our doodles as the basis to create two pieces, either finished or not.
Here´s my fish cutlet:
The page i used to push the characters a bit forward...
And then the final sketches...
1- Pencil work 2- digital base painting respecting the sketch lines
